Luke Charters is a British Labour Party politician elected as Member of Parliament for York Outer in the general election held on 4 July 2024.[1]

Charters was educated at Huntington School, York, and Oxford University.[2] He previously stood for election for York Outer (as Luke Charters-Reid) in the 2017 general election when he was 21, coming second to the Conservative Party candidate, Julian Sturdy.[3][4]
