Galugah (Persian: گلوگاه)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Bandpey-ye Sharqi District of Babol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Sajjadrud Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,512 in 644 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,643 people in 733 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 6,908 people in 2,138 households.[2]
