Anna Danilina and Alexandra Panova defeated Miriam Kolodziejová and Angela Kulikov in the final, 6–4, 6–2 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2023 Hamburg European Open.
Sophie Chang and Kulikov were the reigning champions,[1] but Chang chose not to participate this year.
