Moroteuthis robusta[5][6][7][8][9][10] är en bläckfiskart som först beskrevs av Addison Emery Verrill 1876. Moroteuthis robusta ingår i släktet Moroteuthis och familjen Onychoteuthidae.[11][12] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[11]
