Timidinska trifosfataza (EC 3.6.1.39, timidin trifosfat nukleotidohidrolaza, dTTPase, dezoksitimidin-5'-trifosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dTTP nukleotidohidrolaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dTTP + H₂O

\rightleftharpoons

dTDP + fosfat

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje, manjom brzinom, na dUTP i UTP.
