Ruberlizin (EC 3.4.24.48, Crotalus ruber metaloendopeptidaza II, hemoragični toksin II) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, Tyr16-Leu i Gly23-Phe veza B lancu insulina; His-Pro, Pro-Phe, i Trp-Ser angiotenzina I; i Gly-Phe u Met enkefalinu
Ova hemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zvečarke Crotalus ruber ruber.
