Lambda-caraginaza (EC 3.2.1.162, endo-beta-1,4-karaginoza 2,6,2'-trisulfat-hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom endo-(1->4)-beta-karaginoza 2,6,2'-trisulfat-hidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Endohidroliza (1->4)-beta-veze u osnovi lambda-karaginana, čime se formira tetrasaharid alfa-D-Galp2,6S2-(1->3)-beta-D-Galp2S-(1->4)-alfa-D-Galp2,6S2-(1->3)-D-Galp2S

Enzim iz Pseudoalteromonas sp. je specifična za lambda-karaginan.
