L-ramnono-1,4-laktonaza (EC 3.1.1.65, L-ramno-gama-laktonaza, L-ramnono-gama-laktonaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-ramnono-1,4-lakton laktonohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
