Fosfatidilinozitol-3,4,5-trisfosfatna 5-fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.86, SHIP1, SHIP2, SHIP, p150Ship) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol-3,4,5-trisfosfat 5-fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol 3,4,5-trisfosfat + H2O 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol 3,4-bisfosfat + fosfat
Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje 1-fosfatidil-1D-mio-inozitol 3,4,5-trisfosfat (PtdIns(3,4,5)P3) i formira PtdIns(3,4)P2.
