Tuberkulozinolna sintaza (EC 3.1.7.8, Rv3378c) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tuberculosinil difosfat difosfohidrolaza (formira tuberkulozinol).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

tuberkulozinul difosfat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } tuberkulozinol + difosfat

Ovaj enzim je jedino prisutan u vrstama Mycobacteria koje uzrokuju tuberkulozu.
