Tiopurin S-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.67, merkaptopurinska metiltransferaza, tiopurinska metiltransferaza, 6-tiopurinska transmetilaza, TPMT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tiopurin S-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + tiopurin S-adenozil-L-homocistein + tiopurin S-metilther
Ovaj enzim takođe u izvesnoj meri deluje na tiopirimidine i aromatične tiole. On nije identičan sa EC 2.1.1.9, tiol S-metiltransferazom.
