Prolilna aminopeptidaza (EC 3.4.11.5, prolinska aminopeptidaza, Pro-X aminopeptidaza, citosolna aminopeptidaza V, prolinska iminopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Odvajanje N-terminalnog prolina sa peptid

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
