Poligalakturonaza (EC 3.2.1.15, pektinska depolimeraza, pektinaza, endopoligalakturonaza, pektolaza, pektinska hidrolaza, pektinska poligalakturonaza, endo-poligalakturonaza, poli-alfa-1,4-galakturonidna glikanohidrolaza, endogalakturonaza, endo-D-galakturonaza, poli(1,4-alfa-D-galakturonid) glikanohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->4)-alfa-D-galakturonan glikanohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
