Piknoporopepsin (EC 3.4.23.30, proteinaza Ia, Pycnoporus coccineus aspartinska proteinaza, Trametes kiselinskaa proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Slična specifičnost sa pepsinom A, mada uža. Odavajaju se samo tri veze u B lancu insulina: Ala14-Leu, Tyr16-Leu, i Phe24-Phe
Ovaj enzim je prisutan in bazidiomiceti Pycnoporus sanguineus .
