Neutrofilna kolagenaza (EC 3.4.24.34, matriks metaloproteinaza 8, PMNL kolagenaza, MMP-8) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Razlaganje intestinalnih kolagena u trostruko heliksnom domenu. Za raliku od EC 3.4.24.7, intestinalna kolagenaze, ovaj enzim razlaže tip III kolagena sporije nego tip I

Ovaj enzuim je sličan sa interstinalnom kolagenazom.
