Mucinaminilserinska mucinaminidaza (EC 3.2.1.110, endo-alfa-N-acetilgalaktozaminidaza, endo-alfa-N-acetil-D-galaktozaminidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-galaktozil-3-(N-acetil-beta-D-galaktozaminil)-L-serin mukinaminohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-galaktozil-3-(N-acetil-beta-D-galaktozaminil)-L-serin + H2O D-galaktozil-N-acetil-beta-D-galaktozamin + L-serin
