Metionin adenoziltransferaza (EC 2.5.1.6, adenozilmetionin sintetaza, ATP-metionin adenoziltransferaza, metionin S-adenoziltransferaza, metionin-aktivacioni enzim, S-adenozil-L-metionin sintetaza, S-adenozilmetionin sintaza, S-adenozilmetionin sintetaza, AdoMet sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:L-metionin S-adenoziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + L-metionin +H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } fosfat + difosfat + S-adenozil-L-metionin
