Matrilizin (EC 3.4.24.23, matrin, uterinska metaloendopeptidaza, matriks metaloproteinaza 7, matriks metaloproteinazna pumpa 1, MMP 7, PUMP-1 proteinaza, PUMP, metaloproteinazna pumpa-1, MMP) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Razlaganje Ala14-Leu i Tyr16-Leu u B lancu insulina. Ne dolazi do razlaganja kolagenskih tipova I, II, IV, V. Razlaže se želatinski lanac alfa2(I) > alfa1(I)

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u materici pacova.
