Hlorogenatna hidrolaza (EC 3.1.1.42, hlorogenaza, esteraza hlorogenske kiseline) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hlorogenat hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hlorogenat + H2O kafeat + hinat
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje u manjoj meri na izohlorogenat.
