Geranil difosfatna difosfataza (EC 3.1.7.11, geraniolna sintaza, geranil pirofosfatna pirofosfataza, GES, CtGES) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat + H2O geraniol + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Ocimum basilicum (bosiljak) i cinamomum tenuipile (kamforno drvo). Za njegov rad je neophodan jon Mg2+ ili Mn2+.
