Fluoroacetil-KoA tioesteraza (EC 3.1.2.29) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fluoroacetil-KoA hidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- fluoroacetil-KoA + H2O fluoroacetat + KoA
Fluoroacetat je ekstremno toksičan.
