Fibrolaza (EC 3.4.24.72, fibrinolitička proteinaza, Agkistrodon contortrix contortrix metaloproteinaza, Agkistrodon contortrix contortrix venomna metaloproteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza -Ala14-Leu- u insulinskom B lancu i -Lys413-Leu- u Aalfa-lancu fibrinogena

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u venumu zmije Agkistrodon contortix contortix.
