Enzim odgranavanja glikogena (EC 3.2.1.33, amilo-1,6-glukozidaza, dekstrin 6-alfa-D-glukozidaza, amilopektinska 1,6-glukozidaza, dekstrin-1,6-glukozidaza, glikogen fosforilaza-limit dekstrin alfa-1,6-glukohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glikogen fosforilaza-limit dekstrin 6-alfa-glukohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hidroliza (1->6)-alfa-D-glukozidnih bočnih veza u glikogenskom fosforilazom ograničenom dekstrinu

Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje nesupstituisane (1->4)-vezane glukozne lance.
