Endogalaktozaminidaza (EC 3.2.1.109, Endogalactosaminidase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom galaktozaminoglikan glikanohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endohidroliza (1->4)-alfa-D-galaktozaminidskih veza u poli(D-galaktozaminu)
