Dugolančani-aldehid dehidrogenaza (EC 1.2.1.48, dugolančani alifatični aldehid dehidrogenaza, dugolančana masno aldehidna dehidrogenaza, masna aldehid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dugolančani aldehid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dugolančani aldehid + NAD+ +H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } dugolančani karboksilat + NADH + 2 H+

Najbolji supstrat je dodecilaldehid.
