Beta-D-fukosidaza (EC 3.2.1.38, beta-fukozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom beta-D-fukozid fukohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hidroliza terminalnih neredukujućih beta-D-fukoznih ostataka u beta-D-fukozidima

Enzimi iz pojedinih šećera takođe hidrolizuju beta-D-galaktozide i/ili beta-D-glukozide i/ili alfa-L-arabinozide.
