Bakterijska leucilna aminopeptidaza (EC 3.4.11.10, Aeromonas proteolytica aminopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Odvajanje N-terminalne aminokiseline, preferentno leucina. Ne dolazi do odvajanja glutaminske ili aspartinske kiseline

Ovaj enzim sadrži cink.
