Aldehid reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.21, aldehidna reduktaza, aldoza reduktaza, poliol dehidrogenaza (NADP+), ALR2, alditol:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza, alditol:NADP+ 1-oksidoreduktaza, NADPH-aldopentoza reduktaza, NADPH-aldoza reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alditol:NAD(P)+ 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

alditol + NAD(P)+ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } aldoza + NAD(P)H + H+
