A-ribazolna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.73, CobC, adenozilkobalaminska fosfataza, alfa-ribazolna fosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom adenozilkobalamin/alfa-ribazol-5'-fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1) adenozilkobalamin 5'-fosfat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } koenzim B12 + fosfat
(2) alfa-ribazole 5'-fosfat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } alfa-ribazole + fosfat

Ovaj enzim katalizuje zadnji korak anaerobne biosinteze adenozilkobalamina.
