1-acilglicerol-3-fosfat O-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.51, 1-acil-sn-glicero-3-fosfatna aciltransferaza, 1-acil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfatna aciltransferaza, 1-acilglicero-3-fosfatna aciltransferaza, 1-acilglicerolfosfatna aciltransferaza, 1-acilglicerofosfatna aciltransferaza, lizofosfatidinsko kiselinska aciltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:1-acil-sn-glicerol-3-fosfat 2-O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil-KoA + 1-acil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfat KoA + 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfat
Acil-[acil-nosilac protein] može takođe da deluje kao acil donor. Životinjski enzim je specifičan po transferu nezasićenih masnih acil grupa.
