1,2-Alfa-L-fukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.63, almond emulzin fukozidaza, alfa-(1->2)-L-fukozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-alfa-L-fukopiranozil-beta-D-galaktozid fukohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

metil-2-alfa-L-fukopiranozil-beta-D-galaktozid + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } L-fukoza + metil beta-D-galaktozid

Ovaj enzim je visoko specifičan za neredukujuće terminalne L-fukozne ostatake vezane za D-galaktozne ostatke 1,2-alfa-vezom.
