Razlaganje želatina tipa I i kolagena tipa IV, V, VII, X. Razlaganje kolagenu sličnih sekvenci Pro-Gln-Gli-Ile-Ala-Gly-Gln

Ova endopeptidaza pripada peptidaznoj familiji M10.
