Lepidocephalichthys er en slekt av smerlinger. De er utbredt i Sør- og Sørøst-Asia fra Pakistan og Sri Lanka til Sør-Kina, Java og Borneo.
Arten Lepidocephalichthys zeppelini ble beskrevet i 2010. Det vitenskapelige navnet er en referanse til rockegruppen Led Zeppelin.
