The Cat and the Canary merupakan sebuah filem seram komedi senyap Amerika Syarikat tahun 1927 yang diarahkan oleh pembuat filem Ekspresionis Jerman Paul Leni . Adaptasi daripada lakonan komedi hitam 1922 karya John Willard dengan nama yang sama, filem ini dibintangi Laura La Plante sebagai Annabelle West, Forrest Stanley sebagai Charlie Wilder dan Creighton Hale sebagai Paul Jones.
