Karen Kingsbury (Fairfax, 8 giugno 1963) è una scrittrice statunitense.

Kingsbury è stata una scrittrice sportiva per il Los Angeles Times e in seguito ha scritto per il Los Angeles Daily News. Il suo primo libro, Missy's Murder (1991), era basato su una storia di omicidio a Los Angeles. Durante questo periodo, ha pubblicato un articolo su People.
