Vladimir Afanasyevich Lyakhov (bahasa Rusia: Влади́мир Афана́сьевич Ля́хов; 20 Juli 1941 – 19 April 2018) adalah seorang antariksawan Soviet Ukraina. Ia terpilih menjadi antariksawan pada 5 Mei 1967 dan pensiun pada 7 September 1994. Lyakhov menjadi komandan pada Soyuz 32, Soyuz T-9, dan Soyuz TM-6, dan menjalani 333 hari, 7 jam, 47 menit di luar angkasa. Ia telah menikah dan memiliki dua anak.
