Vīrya (bahasa Sanskerta; Pāli: viriya) adalah sebuah istilah Buddhis yang umumnya diterjemahkan sebagai "energi", "ketekunan", "antusiasme", atau "usaha". Istilah tersebut dapat didefinisikan sebagai sebuah sikap senang hati untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan yang bermanfaat, dan berfungsi untuk membuat seseorang melakukan tindakan bajik.
