Gennadi Vasiliyevich Sarafanov (bahasa Rusia: Геннадий Васильевич Сарафанов; 1 Januari 1942 – 29 September 2005^[1]) adalah seorang antariksawan Uni Soviet yang ikut dalam pesawat ulang alik Soyuz 15 pada 1974. Misi tersebut ditujukan untuk mencapai stasiun luar angkasa Salyut 3, tetapi gagal karena sistem dok tidak berfungsi.
