Sphaerodactylus townsendi est une espèce de geckos de la famille des Sphaerodactylidae[1].
Répartition
Cette espèce se rencontre[1] :
- à Cuba ;
- sur l'île Stocking dans les îles Exumas aux Bahamas ;
- dans les îles de Porto Rico, de Vieques, d'Isla Caja de Muertos et d'Isla Cueva.
Étymologie
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de Charles Haskins Townsend[2].
