L'adénosylhomocystéine nucléosidase est une hydrolase qui catalyse la réaction :
- S-adénosyl-L-homocystéine + H2O S-ribosyl-L-homocystéine + adénine.
Cette enzyme intervient dans le métabolisme de la méthionine.
