Naskand (Persian: نسکند) is a village in Naskand Rural District of Naskand District, Sarbaz County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district[3] and the rural district.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 784 in 151 households, when it was in the former Sarbaz District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 981 people in 199 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 802 people in 205 households.[2]

In September 2018, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Naskand District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]
