Manuel de Seabra (1932 in Lisbon – 22 May 2017) was a Portuguese writer, journalist, and translator.[1][2] He translates Russian, Portuguese, Catalan and Esperanto.[1] He and his wife compiled the Portuguese-Catalan/Catalan-Portuguese Dictionary.[1] He was awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi in 2001.
